For delivery at HPj, patients are not allowed to book for maternity services. If the patient has signs of delivery, the patient is advised to go to the Labour Room, HPj. However, admission is subject to availability on the day the patients are expected to give birth. If we are unable to provide services to the patient, the patient will be referred to another hospital after taking into consideration their safety and condition.

Yes, shuttle van service is provided free of charge for all patients from Putrajaya Sentral to Putrajaya Hospital. The service is provided every 30 minutes from Monday to Friday from 6.00 am to 6.00 pm.

This service is an initiative to reduce parking problems in HPj. HPj customers can park at Putrajaya Sentral that provides covered parking (Park & Ride) and take the shuttle van to HPj.

Putrajaya Hospital has taken steps to implement the 30 minutes registration before the appointment. The purpose of this exercise is as follows:

a) Ensure the patient's registration is within 30 minutes before the appointment time set by the specialist clinic. This is to ensure that every patient is present at the scheduled appointment time.
b) Registration done regardless of the appointment time is a disruption to the system in specialist clinics as well as contributing to congestion at the registration counters and specialist clinics.
c) The registration system 30 minutes before the appointment time is expected to have a positive impact on the treatment of patients in specialist clinics especially in reducing the waiting time for treatment.
