Introduction
Surgical department of Hospital Putrajaya is the tertiary referral center for Breast and Endocrine diseases. The department also provides services at a secondary level for general surgical cases with an emphasis on daycare procedures, endoscopic procedures and minimally invasive surgery. Management of obesity is also being offered with an intensive multidisciplinary team approach.

The department is run by trained Breast and Endocrine Surgeon:
a) Dr. Anita Baghawi

All non emergency cases seen here are referred from either Government or Private health care providers.
