All referrals should include details on patient\u2019s history and relevant investigation findings of the patient as well as the referring doctor contact number.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of urgent appointment or hospital admission is needed, please contact the rehabilitation physician in-charge of the respective specialty during office hours.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The appointment dates for Rehabilitation Specialist Clinic can be made via phone, or at the clinic counter.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All patients will require initial assessment by rehabilitation doctors before referrals for Allied Health services such as Physiotherapy can be made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We receive referrals from government and private hospitals or clinic to our center.
