Administration Unit Is A Major Component That Supports The Delivery Of Services In The Management Division Of The Kuala Lumpur And Putrajaya Federal Territory Health Department.

Administration Unit Plays A Role In Providing Support Services In Terms Of Coordination And Planning Of Customer Service (Complaints And Counter), Vehicles, Records Management, Security And Utilities In Addition To Housekeeping Errand. There Are Five (5) Sections That Support The Functions Of This Unit, Namely : -

  • Transport Section : Monitor And Coordinate The Booking And Maintenance Of Vehicles Including Car Parking Lots.
  • Registration & Records Section : Monitor And Coordinate The Management Of Records And Files In Headquarters And Management Division, Including Punch Cards Records.
  • Security Management & Quarters Section : Monitor And Coordinate The Protection And Physical Security Management At Headquarters
  • Services Section : Monitor And Coordinate The Cleaning And Security Services At The Headquarters As Well As Manage And Maintenance Of Telephone Lines, Fax And Photocopy Machines.
  • Customer Service Section : Monitor And Coordinate The Counter Management And Complaints At The Department.
