The Director has established the Quality Policy JKWPKL & P in connection with the Quality Management System:
"Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur And Putrajaya Health Department is committed to provide health services to all segments of society with emphasis on promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation that meets the quality management system and continuous improvement."
The management of JKWPKL & P will ensure this policy is divulged and understood by all civil servants in JKWPKL & P. The quality policy will be reviewed from time to time to ensure compliance with current changes.
